1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Oakmont Cleaning Solutions ("Oakmont Cleaning"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Oakmont Cleaning provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The scope of work for each cleaning session is defined by the service package chosen or as discussed and agreed upon in writing.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.
  • A 10% deposit is required to secure a booking.
  • Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.
  • Remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You can reschedule your booking for free if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time may result in the loss of your deposit.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access to the property and inform us of any specific requirements, safety concerns, or delicate items before the service starts.

6. Liability and Insurance

Oakmont Cleaning is fully insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion.
